Policies and refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we only offer store credit within 10 days of the receipt of the purchase. All sales are final.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express cards.

What is the availability status of items on the site?

The majority of products on the website are readily available. But sometimes, it may take up to four weeks to receive as it’s coming from Italy and there are many delays currently.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes. Many of our customers will place custom orders when coordinating a specific outfit to a handbag, especially for weddings or red carpet events. We love making our customers’ dreams a reality. From the hardware, skin type, color, and lining, it is all fully customizable. We can even add diamonds or other precious stones to truly make it one of a kind.

How much is the delivery? 

The shipping and insurance are included in any purchase over $5,000. 

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your item has shipped, one of our team members will be in touch regarding the tracking information and estimated delivery day. 

Where does Lana Marks deliver?

Currently, we are only delivering within the USA. We hope to expand our delivery area soon. But please get in touch, as we hope to expand our reach soon.

Could you deliver to a PO box? 

Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Is a signature required for the delivery of my order? 

Most of our customers prefer a contactless delivery. But we are happy to accommodate if you would prefer a signature required. 

Will my order be gift wrapped? 

Any order can be gift wrapped upon request. 

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else? 

Our policy is 10 days for exchange only. 

Can I collect my order in a store? 

If it is in stock in the Palm Beach store, then it will be ready thirty minutes after placing the order.

How do I exchange an item ordered via Lana Mark’s website?

If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else? 

Of course! The recipient has up to 10 days to exchange the gift. 

Can I exchange an object in-store? 

Yes. We accept exchanges in our Palm Beach location.

How do I return or exchange an item? 

We do not accept returns, but exchanges are possible within 10 days of purchase. 

Do you offer repair or maintenance of your products?

We do offer repair services. The best way for us to assess the repair is to email images to info@lanamarks.com. Then we will be in touch regarding your options.
